Right. There it is again. Monday! Doesn’t it always comes too quick? Weekends seem so short nowadays! Or is it because it was so busy round here, filled with great company, stunning places and chatty get-togethers? Maybe that’s it. I remember when KC was here in February – our days were filled with similar things and time just went by really quickly. We visited a lot of places, drove to the coast – and had a coffee nearly every day: Thursday in Wimborne, Friday in Blandford and on Saturday in Castle Point, Bournemouth.
For this layout I dug into the paper collection pack from Teresa Collins “Daily Stories”. It includes sticker sheets and designs you easily can cut out and add to your page, like the speech bubble, the tags and the circles. The three hearts originally came from a journaling card; I hand stitched around them with twine and cut them up to place them with the embellishment clusters. The timetable sheet, where I made a note of the coffees we had, had been in my stash for a while and I had finally found the perfect page to go with!
I also used some stamps from the “Family Stories” Collection (also by Teresa Collins). It has similar colours and similar motives, so I was able to use the Arrow and the Today stamp. I love it when collections can be combined this easily!
I hope you all have a great start to a sunny week (at least down here in the South of England it will be) and I will be back soon with some more exciting announcements on Wednesday! NSD is coming up – remember? Take care everyone and see you soon! x
